Welcome to Berkshire Hoodaway ($BRKHOOD), the premier value-investing meme conglomerate. Protocol trading fees are permanently swallowed by the Vault to buy 50% $BRKHOOD and 50% curated Robinhood Chain memecoins, pair them into perpetual Liquidity Pools, and throw away the keys.
“Our favorite holding period is forever. Especially for high-beta shitcoins.”
Anyone in the community can execute the 50/50 Buy & Pool once fees exceed $100. The contract swaps 50% for $BRKHOOD and 50% across curated memes, builds direct LPs, and locks them forever. Protected by 5% max slippage against MEV sandwich attacks.
Inspired by Warren Buffett's lifelong compounding principle, but turbo-charged with Robinhood Chain’s 100ms blocks. Here is how every dollar of volume compounds forever.
Every trade on Robinhood Chain / PONS generates protocol fees. Instead of being dumped by founders, 100% of these fees are directed straight into the BerkshireVault contract.
When triggered, the vault splits the ETH cleanly in half: 50% buys $BRKHOOD to create constant buying pressure, and 50% buys curated Robinhood Chain memecoins.
The Vault takes the purchased $BRKHOOD and pairs it directly with each curated meme, creating deep, liquid trading pairs (e.g. $BRKHOOD / $PEPEHOOD). Liquidity deepens with every single cycle.
The Vault contains no withdraw function, no transfer function, and no sell function. All tokens and LP tokens are locked forever. Holding period: ∞.

The curated memecoins purchased by the vault are strictly managed. Any change to the list or weighting triggers an on-chain 24-hour Timelock event. Only the contract owner can propose or execute adjustments, ensuring the community has 24 hours of advance verification before changes take effect.

Statement to the Token Holders of $BRKHOOD
To the Token Holders of Berkshire Hoodaway:
Our gain in net asset value during the past cycle was modest in nominal terms, but extraordinary in conviction. When Charlie and I first inspected the Robinhood Chain, we were told that memecoins possessed an expected holding period of approximately four minutes and twenty seconds.
We found this behavior appalling. In our philosophy, our favorite holding period has always been forever. Why should an investor sell a meme token simply because it has appreciated 4,000% or declined 92%? A true moat is forged not in balance sheets, but in the mathematical impossibility of pressing the sell button.
Therefore, we engineered the Iron Vault. Every time someone buys or sells $BRKHOOD on Robinhood Chain, fees are sent directly to the Iron Vault, where the Investment Board executes an immutable 50/50 split: 50% into $BRKHOOD token buybacks to create perpetual buying pressure, and 50% into a curated basket of top-tier Robinhood Chain memes. We then fuse them into deep direct liquidity pools and lock the LP tokens into a vault with zero withdrawal functions.
Wall Street analysts have asked us: “Warren, what is your exit strategy?” Our answer remains unchanged: There is none. The tokens and liquidity are trapped forever.

Robinhood Chain L2
Holding Period: Forever
The Vault contracts are deployed directly to Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Nitro). Transparent, auditable, and immutable.
Contains the 50/50 swap engine, direct LP creation, 24-hour Timelock for meme weight updates, and zero withdrawal capabilities.
Standard ERC-20 token launched via PONS with fees routed to the Iron Vault. Trading on Robinhood Chain AMM.
Only the project owner / deployer. Both proposeAllocations() and executeAllocations() are protected by the onlyOwner modifier. Nobody else can propose or execute allocation changes. The 24-hour timelock exists so the community gets 24 hours of advance on-chain visibility before the owner finalizes an update.
The frontend interface queries current DEX quotes and calculates strict 5% max slippage bounds (amountOutMin) before broadcasting the transaction. If an MEV bot attempts to front-run or sandwich the swap beyond 5%, the transaction automatically reverts, protecting 100% of the funds.
No. There are literally no withdrawal functions in the contract. Even the owner cannot extract tokens or unstake LP tokens. The code is immutable.
